Slaying the Greeble • TYA

by Eric Samuelsen

We hear it all the time. “I met him on the internet.” That simple statement that sends shockwaves through parents and other adults. So why do young people keep quiet about it? They’ve heard the stories. They know there are dangers out there. But they also know that nothing like that could ever happen to them. This play will show the errors in that way of thinking. Two best friends on the same soccer team meet The Greeble in a soccer chat room. One is afraid, one is intrigued… And it deteriorates from there.
