Playing The Game • A play

Playing The Game • A play

by Eric Samuelsen

(Suitable for Professional, College/University, Educational, and Community groups.)

The trophy is just a by-product of the game. The game is the exhilaration of a body in motion, working in a coordinated effort toward a goal and the achievement of that goal. The game is winning and winning well, losing and overcoming yourself. The game is life and we are all playing the game. But then there is what you think you have to do to play the game, if you want a personal win. Written for Orson Scott Card’s writing class.
